  • SYW prides itself on the following:

    — SYW offers extensive communication via Instagram around details of their items for sale. I.e. supplying additional images, close ups, questions re. fit of an item and condition.

    — SYW posts stories daily to their extensive audience and responds to communication in a fast manner.

    — Processes all sales within 24 hours and advises the seller to ship the item within 1-3 business days.

    — Has a thorough knowledge of the luxury market globally and advises their sellers and buyers on best pricing accordingly.

  • We provide original receipts of purchase and where applicable authenticity cards. In the absence of these items, we authenticate the items via a third party.

  • The buyer pays SYW for their purchase. The seller sends the item and provides tracking to SYW. Once the item is delivered, SYW aims to pay their sellers within 1-3 business days from delivery of their item.

  • Shipping is paid at the expense of the buyer. Where applicable the seller and buyer will discuss the requirement for shipping insurance on a case by case basis.

  • We do not accept returns for a ‘change of mind’ but we will assess your return if the item has been grossly misrepresented.
